Kuala Lumpur / Jakarta, 20 October 2025 — PT. Ascort Financial Indonesia, a leading Indonesian financing company, and PT. Syifa Petco International (Syifa Group), a key player in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC), have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cross-border cooperation between Malaysia and Indonesia.
The partnership aims to strengthen bilateral efforts in industrial, energy, and infrastructure development, combining Ascort’s financial expertise with Syifa Group’s engineering and EPCIC capabilities. The MoU was signed at PT. Ascort Financial Indonesia’s Head Office in South Jakarta.
Under the collaboration, both entities will jointly develop innovative financing schemes for EPCIC projects, support industrial estate investments, and promote sustainable cooperation models across the region.

Syifa Group’s presence in Malaysia, through subsidiaries Syifa Energy Sdn. Bhd. and Syifa Energy (Labuan) Limited, reinforces the cross-border nature of this initiative, supported by strategic Malaysian partners AIG Kinabalu Sdn. Bhd., OIC International Business Center, and Sequ Tas Offshore Safety Sdn. Bhd.
