It is with great pleasure to inform you that the Business & Investment Magazine, OIC TODAY – Readers of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow, is organizing the ROUND TABLE TALK, THE JEWELS OF MUSLIM WORLD 2016 in conjunction with the 7th Muslim World Biz 2016, Trade Exhibition & Conference which will be held from the 18-22th October 2016 at the Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Round Table Talk - Jewels Of The Muslim World is a one-day conference, held on 18th October 2016 with the Theme “Leaders of Islamic Economy - Inspiring Actions” will get exclusive insights of the awards recipient. In order to achieve their success, they too went through challenges, both subtle & overt which eventually help them develop practical skills & critical thinking abilities. This year’s Thought Leadership Series will focus on the usefulness of entrepreneurial paradigm and understanding the art of being successful entrepreneurs practiced by the Jewels of Islamic Economy”, whose primary focus would be on global leadership program. It’s a unique dialogue-forum that combines global panellists, global and local participants and young entrepreneurs to contribute productively and responsibly to a better and connected global society. The program will equip our young leaders with the necessary mindset and critical thinking tools to face management challenges as well as complex global issues.

Following the development of the full range leadership model, developed in 1985s, recent years have witnessed the emergence of many styles of leadership. These include transactional, participate, transformational and servant leadership styles. Certain leaders follow the style which they believe matches the goals of their organisations. However, the meanings and implications of these styles overlap and the business environment is changing dynamically. This has created a notion for adopting a mixture of different styles.
