On this occasion, OIC TODAY talked to Dato’ Robert Teo, Chairman of RSM Malaysia and Mr Neil Hough, Regional Leader of RSM International for Asia Pacific. Dato’ Robert talked about the main objectives of RSM Malaysia when it was established in 1978 and how the company’s services have drastically improved to match the increasing needs of the accounting profession.
Mr Neil emphasised the importance of Malaysia for the growth of RSM International in the Asia Pacific region, attributing this to the low cost and high quality of the country’s workforce and other business related facilities. He also explained how modern technologies can be both a challenge and an opportunity for the accounting profession and how RSM is managing that.
